The Peugeot Trade Club is your one stop shop for Peugeot Original Equipment parts. Over the last few years Peugeot has undertaken a comprehensive study of what Independent Motor Traders require from a Trade Club. We understand that Independent Traders don’t simply require competitive pricing, but excellent service levels which we believe we can offer through our select Peugeot Trader Dealerships.

For components to carry the Peugeot Original Equipment Parts label, each and every one must satisfy a number of strict criteria and undergo a number of checks to ensure compliance with Peugeot standards. Peugeot Original Equipment Parts are manufactured either by Peugeot or by one of it suppliers, who are subject to rigorous controls to ensure component quality. Each par t is manufactured with quality being built in from the design stage.

A Peugeot Original Equipment Part is subjected to an uncompromising series of tests and inspections:

•	Corrosion testing (for metal parts)

•	Reliability testing

•	Resistance testing

•	Endurance testing

•	Testing specific to each type of product (e.g. alloy wheels – fatigue, shock, dent and paint tests)

The Peugeot Trade Club Dealers have met the strict service levels demanded of them. This way we ensure you receive a consistently high level of service based on Peugeot Trade Club’s three core principles; availability, delivery and price.

Right Part

You will always receive the correct part for the vehicle. Our LASER system allows us to identify, from the VIN code, exactly what parts were fitted to your vehicle when it was manufactured.

Right Price

As a Peugeot Trade Club customer you will be guaranteed to receive the most competitive prices on Peugeot Original Equipment Parts. These prices are clearly explained in the Peugeot Trade Club Price Guide, which shows the price you pay compared to the Recommended Retail Price and, most importantly, the profit you make.

From the manufacturing floor to your door – we work hard to ensure that everything in the supply chain is working at an optimum level so that you don’t have to wait for your part. We understand that time spent waiting for parts is time wasted, and so through our network of Peugeot Trade Club Dealers, we have in place an infrastructure that aims to always get the part to you as fast as possible.

Peugeot Trade Club Warranty

Any parts which prove defective, due to faulty material or manufacture, within 12 months of purchase by the customer, will be replaced free of charge if they are returned promptly to the Dealership they were purchased from. Peugeot clutch kits are provided with a two-year warranty against faulty material or manufacture (taxis only qualify for one year of warranty).

The only conditions are:

•	Supply a copy of the Dealer’s invoice, highlighting the defective part.

•	The defect must not result from fair wear and tear, improper operation, overloading, accident, neglect or alteration, after leaving our factory, or arising as a result of the fitting of the body and/or equipment which has not received our approval.

Parts that have been replaced under warranty are not guaranteed beyond the period of the original part’s warranty period. For example, if a part that has 12 months’ warranty is replaced after six months, the replacement part will only be under warranty for the remaining six months and not the full term of 12 months.

When returning a part under warranty the customer must:

•	The parts must not have been used for competitions, racing or record attempts.

•	Supply a copy of the repair invoice, highlighting the make, model, registration, VIN, as well as the mileage when the part was replaced and also make a note of the mileage of when the part became faulty.
